I don't touch the stuff but once it was my plate last week - I "tipped" it and could not believe the sugar in it. No wonder the kids are hyped up.

I'm partial to some Heinz tomato sauce. I was shocked to read a couple of weeks ago that 3 of the ingredients are from GM foods. Never mind the sugar! Also, high percentage of sodium too. Don't feel like having it anymore...

Patsy33, the link you provided contains many falsehoods and should not be believed. Apart from anything else, if you live in the UK, the ingredients list is totally different from the photograph shown on the website. Distilled vinegar is NOT made from genetically modified corn in the UK simply because the crop can be considered to not exist here.
