Ummmm, it's on Eccles Christmas dinner thread here on food and drink, page three, Islay posted it.
I used almost half a bottle of hot chilli sauce, and then added a good few shakes of Tabasco too, tasting it in between. It's truly scrumptious, I also fancy Eccles Stilton ice cream, hmm, could be a cool Christmas this year..

I'm planning on a cheeky cheat and using Big Tom with a splash of vodka for our scallops on Christmas Day.

Big Tom was quite the revelation on a Sleazy Jet flight. It's damned good for a pre mix!

Funny you should mention Big Tom, I've just had a couple of bloody Mary's with it before our meal, hic!
I'm making the Bloody Mary sauce too, Eccles, also with Big Tom, thought we'd have both with the scallops as we're greedy.
