Potato Dish Name

Morning all, can anybody help, I'm stuck with the name of a potato dish, it's sliced potatos baked with bacon , cream and garlic. I seem to recall it's called farmer something??

Well some posh restaurant might well have given it a fancy name but most people would just call it a 'bake' of some sort.
