Cupboard.
On the worktop.
You can't keep ketchup in a fridge, it'll make your bacon sarnie go cold!
Fridge but that's only because I tend to not have much room on the shelves in the pantry and I have a larder fridge.
In a cupboard
As the 2nd ingredient in most ketchups (after tomatoes) is Vinegar,I cannot see why you would want to keep it in the fridge.Also chilling it makes it thick and difficult to pour.
I haven't got a fridge but that doesn't mean that you'll find tomato ketchup in my kitchen cupboard. I can't stand the stuff anyway!
I remember my father, when I was little, when the ketchup bottle was nearly empty he would pour some vinegar into it and give it a vigorous shake, so not a drop was wasted.
On an open shelf in the kitchen
Cupboard, and my Dad used to do that Jackdaw ....

There are some things that i keep in the fridge which there are no health reasons to so do - i just prefer them cool - for eg

Doughnuts
Chocolate bars
Cakes
Grapes
Avacado
Once opened, in fridge.
Cupboard
Cupboard.

Cupboard for Brown Sauce, Dustbin for Ketchup.
pantry
On the worktop where it's always handy and to this day I still use vinegar to rinse the bottle so we don't waste any.
