Seriously tonight is just last night's reheated rice, chicken, peppers and spices which I did as a one pan job due to a crushing hangover and severe knackeredness.
Tomorrow might be fillet steak au gratin with rosemary roasted spuds and some veg.
I've gone off cooking a bit due to the fact that I have discovered that my (rented cottage) cooker works perfectly well as new - it was just new in 1974.
Although may do a chicken saltimbocca next week with some fried gnocchi and a basil, tomato and red onion salad.
Tonight because Mr Smow has been working so hard we are having one of his favourites which is a simple sirloin steak, mushroom, onions, cavalo nero and sauté potatoes. Tomorrow I'm thinking lamb shanks but not sure of accompaniments. Suggestions??
The famo are having home made pizzas. I'll be having God knows what, but it'll be either sweet potato soup, Quorn cottage pie or Cauliflower cheese (again)!
