Butter bean soup (have you got a tin of carrots - carrot and butter bean soup is nice)

Eat chocolate.

Bin pickled walnuts.
Use eggs to make omlette and crumble cheese on top and grill.
Eat chocolate whilst reading label on jar of pickled walnuts.
Throw away tin of butter beans.

democracy at it's finest.

2 votes for cheese omelette.
2 votes for eating chocolate.
2 votes for throwing something away.

Now's that's fair :-))))
i'm going for eggy bread with melted cheese on top

make effigies by sticking the walnut brains to the tops of the butter beans and cast spells on people

and eat the choc laters
Good ideas above.

Reserve the pickled walnuts and try this at the weekend.

Have you got any yoghurt?

You could do a sort of veggie moussaka, or a meat version if you have some mince.

Combine yoghurt, eggs and cheese for the topping.
Get a takeaway!
Cheese on toast, chocolate souffle,(break up chocolate by whacking with the tin of butter beans). Pickled walnuts in bin...
What a shocking attitude towards the culinary minority that is pickled walnuts.

I hope no pickled walnuts will be harmed in the making of this thread.
On a more serious note a cheese soufflé as there isn't really enough to make a convincing omelette for two. Then have left over cheese with the pickled walnuts. Chocolate with coffee to finish.

I'm also in the bin the butter beans camp but if I remember rightly the mice in Bagpuss made biscuits with butter beans........don't ask for the recipe!

Ha ha ha, love the suggestions! You're all nuts ;)
I love all the ingredients so wouldn't bin any of it, although I think I'd melt the chocolate and dip the pickled walnuts in it, mmmm.

I decided to put everything in a pan except the chocolate, and reserved twelve butterbeans and two pickled walnuts. Heated the rest up and whizzed it with the hand held whizzer then poured the resulting mess into a cake tin and baked it.
When it was cool, I poured the melted chocolate over the top and decorated it with the butter beans and bits of pickled walnut, whereupon I cast a few spells. It may be a while until we know if the spells worked...
A total success I'd say, and highly recommended.
Melt chocolate, stir in walnuts, spread out on tray to cool. Hey presto a nutty bar of chocolate.

Doh, wish I'd thought of that Sharon.
