Bread Dough Won’T Rise!

Decided to make bread. Put dough in oiled bowl to prove and covered with tea towel. Have checked it and it’s not risen one iota. Yeast and everything is all fresh. Any ideas how I can rescue this??

the flour will make no difference ,however the temperature may, but if all else fails don't scrap it split into 4 and freeze then next time defrost one and add to your new dough will add extra flavour and avoid waste.and as ecclescakes says a slow prove does improve the flavour and texture
