i thought of cold lamb, msh and beans, but the i thought cold lamb isnt all that nice. Also, i'll be hacking it off the leg, so it wont look like nice slices, so need something casserole-y
Lamb curry : fry onion, use basic curry sauce whichever you like, fresh ginger if you have it, otherwise I've used powdered OK, crushed garlic, beef stock cube. That's about it. Add yoghurt near end and serve with rice and mango chutney.
