I do a curry & rice every Saturday night but due to an acid stomach will have to do something other than curry sauce with mine.
Has to be pretty bland but hopefully a little tasty.
Any suggestions?
how about doing just plain chicken but jazzing up the rice - with some peppers, sweetcorn, mango, onions if you can take them then mixing a dressing into it?
replace them with fresh tomatoes, cucumber and then the mango and sweetcorn.
Or I have in the past pureed mango added a little bit of (as in a smigen) of chilli and lime juice - score the chicken breast and brush on and bake.
I would suggest bacon etc but I know that sets of my stomach acid something terrible
