I’ve made a too spicy sausage casserole which will be served with potato croquettes and a pint of milk if I can’t tame the spice.

No idea. I have chicken breast in the fridge. I was going to do chicken with feta and leeks but noticed that the feta was use by November 2017. Ooops. So its botulism surprise tonight.

Lol, I am still going to eat it. If it isnt pink, blue or green and it doesnt smell it gets eaten. I havent died, nor killed anyone else. Yet.

There is going to be an issue soon. I'm moving in with Mr Bm. He fridge is spotless and has hardly anything in it. Mine is a case of fridge jenga everytime you open it. There are sauces and pickles and cheeses and ingredients and goodness knows what. We are going to argue about this.........

I’m making a tomato risotto, tonight.
Fancying an omelette with porcini mushrooms and some spiced up beans.
Ha ha sour plums, love it ...
We had duck breasts (nice and pink) dauphinoise spuds, broccoli and a cherry sauce.

My daughter said "that was friggin amazing" :-)
