Glancing through their recipes. I know their recipes contain "syns". I have never been to their classes but are you given like daily syns allowed according to your weight etc.
tbh - I have met 4 people over the last 6 months - have all been to SW and have lost - one guy he lost 5 stone - last Jan-July. my neighbour has lost one stone in 5 weeks. something must work.
I have lost 4 stone with sw it's mainly portion size and sensible eating and as mentioned syns are treats ,you can save your syns for a night out etc x
ps I went from walking short distances and been worn out to 10000 steps a day easily . on my first big walk I got so k@@@@@@@@ I had to get a bus home lol x

I got on scales this morning as I truly feel bloated and mentally tell myself right - expect the worse. But I have lost 7lbs. I haven't been eating bread too much as I usually do but still have the bloatedness.
