I am trying to remember the name of a (?Italian) accompaniment to a cheese board.
I'm pretty sure it begins with a P but isnt panacotta, pancetta, panettone.
Help needed!
Thanks.
Thanks everyone. It is deffo panforte that I was trying to remember. I have seen it served nearly as a bridge between dessert course and cheese course.
