Made chicken curry last night and did know my cousin was coming but she got a good plate of it as I.
The mix was "Extra Hot Curry". No not hot enough for me and I know one can "doctor" it to make it hotter.
Some time I put Tabasco in and that was too too hot. Any ideas of inbetween ingredient.

There is a way to add spices other than garam Masala at the end of cooking. It's called a tarka, and is explained here...

Use some of the same spices you've put in the curry plus your heat source...whole chilli, chilli flakes etc.
