Apple O.k To Eat?

As in my avatar. I’ve just bought a couple of bags, anyone know what the spots are and if its o.k to eat? Thank you.

I would not give it second thought and eat the lot, including the spots which are almost certainly utterly insignificant. They may be bruising during handling/transportation but they may also be "injury" during growing from such things as insects or birds that has healed over and is now dying from the point where the skin was penetrated. I would not hesitate to give some to a child, peeled in the case of a toddler.
Apple Scab: Scab is a fungus that first shows up on the leaves of apples and then affects fruit. In 2018 the incredible amount of rain and humidity we experienced in the spring and summer gave us more scab than usual, but thankfully not as much as in 2017. Some varieties are more susceptible than others--you will see the worst of it on our McIntosh and Gala. Mild scab does not affect the interior of the apple in any way. Just peel or cut it off and enjoy as usual. Here's what a scab lesion looks like:
