I was thinking i wanted steak, but instead i'm going to make beef tacos.

There is some grated cheese at home, which makes life easier.

I need to use up some mince, onions and fajita mix so all i need is the tacos themselves... maybe some lettuce to pop on top also!

Anything you fancy but won't be cooking?

No idea. I've got a fridge full of salad (which was bad bad planning), but I think I might pop to the butchers and get some beef and make a nice warming stew.

Sounds lovely. I try not to buy mass amounts of salad as if i do, it usually goes off :(

What is it with lettuce going pink??
Roast chicken with stuffing, roast potatoes, carrots, cabbage .
Lorne sausage, bacon and egg sandwich with a large mug of coffee... just going to make it ..now

Ps, topped with broon sauce
Planning on making 'chicken tikka masala' and serve with boiled rice, green veg and naan bread (shop bought). haven't planned a dessert as yet.
I see you still doing healthy eating steg. ..?
Question Author
Ooft.. not overly a fan of Lorne sausage, i prefer links. I find lorne can be a bit hard.. but you are Scottish i guess ;)

Bacon roll with broon is always a winner though. Good man.

Sounds nice pasty, fancy inviting me round? I'll bring some match makers :)

Sounds too much effort to me, get the take away menu out ;) If it's home made thoguh i'm sure it will be delicious and more healthy :P
Take away tikka has too little meat and too much fat. Home made a lot healthier and no great effort. Try it sometime, you might like it.:-)

I probably wouldn't put any meat in! I love curry for the sauce and rice, i feel the meat takes up too much room :D
