Hell, no. A fresh chicken takes at least 5 hours. Sitting in a warmish pot for hours in its own juices while it thaws is a guaranteed way to get food poisoning. I would definitely defrost thoroughly first.
Personally I wouldn't, it will defrost pretty quickly in microwave.
No, you must defrost it first

Or put it in a strong plastic bag and put it in a bowl of cold water. Change the water every half hour - takes about an hour and half.
Check the inside of the chicken before cooking to make sure there is no ice inside.
Or blood barry, always worth using a skew to check it's fully cooked.
I also have a food thermometer to check how well things are cooked.

Thank you for all your answers.
there is no problem -just put it in a slow cooker frozen it will cook perfectly after 5 hours
Don't do that, Zabado. Let it defrost and cook it tomorrow.
The NHS says it is best to:

Defrost meat and fish thoroughly before cooking. Lots of liquid will come out as meat thaws, so stand it in a bowl to stop bacteria in the juice spreading to other things.
Defrost meat and fish in a microwave if you intend to cook it straight away, or put it in the fridge to thaw so it doesn't get too warm.
Cook the food until it's piping hot all the way through.
"Date and label meat in the freezer and eat it within 24 hours of defrosting.
gollob, that will guarantee food poisoning. It will take far longer than 5 hours to defrost in a slow cooker and all the while the bacteria will be multiplying because of the warmth and the leeching juices.
