Has anybody tried doing this?
I had my 1st attempt today and i was pretty impressed.
I followed a youtube video, all i needed was the rind/peel of one pineapple, water, brown sugar. put everything in a big jar, put lid on, gave it a shake, waited 3 days, viola!!
it tastes a bit like cider.

Forgive me, I'm a child in a Del Boy body. :-)
When working in Iran and later Saudi. We could get grape juice in cartons quiet readily. It was easily to ferment. Also potatoes.
Is it alcoholic, like say beer or cider? Or more, or none?

Vagus, i believe its alcoholic the longer you leave it. At the moment i think its only 3%alc ( it had only been left for 3 days)
