Pastry bought in sheets and kept in fridge
I have found that i have left it too long and it is not workable Is there anyway it can be "beefed up" so that it can be managed or do I just throw it away

Is it filo pastry, being as it’s in sheets? Or a lump of shortcrust?
you mean you cant unroll it? you need to leave it to warm up a bit
