HeaMsoRb I am presuming you are from the USA because of the use of 'Mom' rather than 'Mum'. Raw or undercooked chicken will be pink and of a jelly consistency inside, if its on the bone it will be red around the bone. Because chicken in the USA is treated with chlorine there is less of a risk of getting food poisoning if you eat slightly undercooked chicken. However, its not a good idea to do so.
Please do not take your chicken to school, they can't do anything and will just put it in the trash, and it could make things worse. Have you got an Aunt or other member of the family you can confide in? If so, tell them your concerns. This is more than a raw chicken issue though, isn't it? Your Moms refusal to listen to you and her excessive punishments need to be resolved and perhaps a word with your school counsellor would be helpful.
