I have no time for The Royals - I'd be cheering if they were evicted and Britain became a grown-up country with a properly elected Head of State.
The Jubilee is different - just think of it as a chance to meet friends and reconnect with happiness after a dreadful couple of years - it's going to happen - enjoy it if it suits you - if not, then just avoid it.
