My sister laid on a dish of Rosti using her Ninja Foodi. My taste bids kept screaming, "It's potato Jim, but not as we know it".

How on earth Switzerland managed to produce a tennis champion in Roger Federer brought up on a staple such as Rosti, I'll never know!
