If I had to choose, it would be Almond. Are you thinking of giving up cows milk?
Cow's
if I had to - almond
Soy milk still has calcium so that would be my choice (if I had to).
I once asked a cheese maker if there was any way he could make me a block of cheddar using soy milk.
Hey said, "I'm sorry, but there's no whey."

and one for you, sandy,
Dad: What are you drinking, son?
Son: Soy milk.
Dad: Hola Milk, soy tu padre.
None of them .

What's the hardest part about being a vegan?

Saladdin.
I have used Soy milk in my cereal and porridgefor years. 0% sugar though, best is the organic one from Lidl. I don’t like it in tea or coffee though.

None. I'm ok with real mik so had no need to try fake milk.

Otherwise it's probably personal choice, in which case I've no info for you, and if I had it probably wouldn't help you either.
None of those are milk.
I enjoy coconut milk on my cereal and almond isn’t too bad in coffee, but I would probably drink it black if cows milk wasn’t available.

Soya is fine for cooking, happily use it in a sauce.

I'll try almond milk in my muesli and porridge.
3.5% fat, lactose free.
I like Alpro 'Shhh-This Is Not Milk'. It actually tastes the nearest to cows milk out of all the non-dairy 'milks'.
