Roast some onions meat, when its all cooked and ur meat is reatind in the same pan add some boiling start with half a pint water a couple of teaspoons of marmite then start adding wine, a bit of mint jelly or redcurrant if you have it too, goes well with these. you can just use water if no to wine, but use a bit of cornflour to thicken.
