Cheeseburger Pasta
9 Answers
My neighbour was making this yesterday, it’s apparently a slimming world recipe. I thought it sounded very unappetising but when I looked up the recipe it didn’t actually sound too bad, just a bit of a faff to make. You can find the recipe online if you’re interested.
Anyone familiar with it? What was it like, would you recommend it?

I'd give it a go, minus the spray oil (I always soften the onions and garlic in a saucepan over a low heat, no oil, then chuck the mince in, whack the heat up to brown it and drain most of the fat off before adding the other ingredients. I refuse to use artificial sweetener and spray oil)

This is the recipe I read https:/ /www.sl immingw orld.co .uk/rec ipes/ch eesebur ger-pas ta-bake
Yep, that’s the one Barry…using a pan for the pasta, another for frying the beef and onions, layering it, grilling for 7 minutes, more layers, more grilling, a topping of cheese and more grilling. To me, that’s too much faffing unless it’s really, really worth the effort, these days I can’t /won’t stand around in the kitchen doing that.
I may just give it a go though.
