i have just made my first  fruit scones in the air fryer ,i got the recipe on line  they look so good  .the only thing that annoyed me was since i had a new kitchen installed i can't find my pastry cutter .my next attempt are the mincemeat (sweet) scones x

We like scones, they freeze very well so we cook them in big batches.  As they only take 10 minutes in my big oven I usually pop them in  after I've taken the dinner out.

We have an even easier recipe...buy a tray of them from Costco, next best scones to homemade.
