High Protein And Fats Breakfast

I am looking to start decreasing my carb intake as carbs are not the best for my body type. This means I need ideas for breakfasts high in protein and fats, as that is what I find helps keep me fuller longer, along with fibre. I am down to trying anything at least once, no matter how out there it is.

Egg muffins can be made in advance and frozen.

omelette wraps 

Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.

Eggs and avocado.. no bread. Blueberries and greek yoghurt

Are you still considering fasting?

If you are doing keto...keep carbs to a minimum, aim for a good protein intake...and don't overdo fats.

If you try something once, you will have no idea of whether or not it is good for you.

What's your body type? You are human after all. You're closer to a human than you are to a lizard or snake or rabbit or cow. Could you be a bit overprotective of your own self-inage.

Well, I think it would be better to eat earlier in the day as I work most afternoons/evenings. 

I did say low carb guys

And you've been given low carb. All the suggestions fit low carb.
