I am trying to limit my food intake and was thinking it might be a good idea only to eat twice a day as I work a lot. Working and going to the gym and such take up the majority of my day, so I was thinking that I should only every twelve hours, like 10 am and 10 pm. What are your thoughts on that, or should I have different eating times? I try to work out in the morning before my first meal of the day or right before my last meal of the day.

Keeping your body hungry for food in between meals means you are likely to end up snacking so I would not advise just two mealtimes.
