chicken casserole with campbells soup

can anybody help?i had a wonderful meal at a friends house....it was a chicken casserolemy friend said she added mushrooms,onions,diced peppersand a tin of condensed campbells mushroon soup and also to add some sparkling white wine....does anyone have a recipe floating about as i am not sure about the ratio of wine to the soup

My mum makes this as well. She just puts about 1 glass of white wine in. (you can always drink the rest with the meal!)

I used to do something similar - definitely using Campbell's condensed mushroom (or was it chicken?) soup. I used whole skinless chicken breasts, still white wine not sparkling, and I also stirred in a little mustard to pep it up a bit. I'm trying to remember whether I also stirred in some double cream!
I use the condensed mushroom soup undiluted as the sauce for my fish pie, it works perfectly and saves me having to make a sauce.

you can also use a can of Cambells condensed mushroom soup, mix in cooked chicken bits. Line a deep dish with pastry, put in the mixture top with pastry & you`ve got a gorgeous pie.
