The fructose will be higher in some fuits as stated - check with your doctor or health visitor at the surgery and they should have a list of fruits based on the diabetic 'requirements'
If you haven't a juicer, but use a blender, you can easily make up drinks anyway. Just strain the pulp. A good breakfast would be a banana, milk, a little fresh orange juice and if you fancy it, break a whole egg into the blender and top with a little bran for roughage. Whizz it up with a couple of ice cubes. (note on raw eggs for the pregnant or elderly - follow usual advice)
Juice from concentrate though better than nothing is far from the best product. 'Bits' simply means some of the pulp, so it has a bit of texture (so you think you are drinking fresh).
