How do I go about arranging for for a health inspector to visit my place of study?? Where do I find one locally?? Can I do it anonomously?? Thanks in advance!

contact your local councils environmental health department. Not sure how they deal with anonymous reports, but I'm sure they will understand any concerns you have and would certainly not be able to pass your details on.
