i'm having braising steak tomorrow i usually throw it in the oven with onions and gravy anybody got any other ideas.it for the kids also.

Nothing wrong with what you're already doing, but I'd throw in some dumplings towards the end.

I'm having braising steak and onions in about half an hour (10PM) with roast potatoes, one scoop of mash potato, and carrots and peas and yorkshire pudding.

What more could you ask for?
