Venison Casserole

Hi everyone, brought some venison today, want to make a nice casserole, any one know any good (easy) recipes, as i'm not very good with casseroles, also any hints on what to serve it with? Having a few peeps over for dinner?

Keep accompaniaments simple - roast or mash tatties, simple greens etc. and a really good wine of course..

Thanks Nickmo, the first one looks lovely and quite easy for me! But the marinade sounds lovely on the other one, hoo hum, time to have a think!!

Deffo agree about the good bottle of wine (or maybe even two!)
