Why don't Tesco stock HP Beans anymore?

I don't think make them anymore. Something about branston losing the contract to make them - hence Branston beans being launched

We used to love HP Baked Beans, but haven't seen them around for years. We make do with Heinz these days!

Hi sherrardk, Possibly the same reason I can't buy HP Chilli Sauce anymore. They seem to have changed over to something called HP Mexican Chilli Sauce which is c**p, If there is anybody out there with a recommendation for a pleasant chilli sauce I would be grateful to hear from them. I use a chilli sauce where others would most probably use a tomato ketchup, that sort of strength (not something that would remove the polish from your shoes, thank you).
