I would have though they would just be the same as any dried fruit? I dont think its particularly difficult for your body to digest as long as they are chewed properly. Then again I wouldnt really know I think they are vile !
a handful of these every day will do you the world of good. If you have a sweet tooth only eat them one at a time and wait until the flavour has gone completely before popping in another. Better than having biscuits and sweets. There are no digestion problems but you won't have any trouble going to the loo either the following day...hope this helps.
