Smart Shopper

Smart shopper has installed it self on my computer I have tried to remove it but it isn't in there Micrsoft are telling me to remove software which isstopping me clicking on to links. Everytime I try I keep getting Error Report which brings me back to same place Can anyone tell me what to do
