What things have come and gone that you wish they still made? Not necessarily just food and drink, for instance, I remember Close Up toothpaste that they don't make anymore and as far as toothpaste goes, it was nice!

I have only subscribed, and Some of things here bring back memories. Banjo's came in Peanut and Coconut flavour, about the same size as a Twix. Close Up Toothpaste. I used to use the Mint Green one. Signal 2 Toothpaste. Nutty bars. A toffee Pole covered in peanuts. I remember the flavoured Cheese triangles. I forget who made them. There was a green coloured cheese. This said Gorgonzola on the label.

Jasmin, I have been telling my kids for years about thouse toffee and mallow eggs, they were convinced I was going do-lally, do you remember the chocolate cream eggs, they were wrapped in tarten foil ? We have a sweet shop in Poole and one in Swanage that sells old fashioned sweeties. Do you remember sweet tobacco ? used to come wrapped like real pipe tobacco in yellow and green wax paper.
