Smoked fish and egg

Does anyone have the recipe for a Scotch Egg type dish but made with smoked fish instead of sausagement. I think it is a Gary Rhodes recipe but have been unable to find it.

Doesn't have the egg in the middle, but use a quails egg and you'll have the same thing.
