curry recipes?

Can anyone recommend any good recipes for a medium hot chicken based curry?? My husband want to try and make one from scratch. Thank-you

I haven't actually made this one(am gonna though) but saw it on The F word and it looked absolutely delicious.

Forgot to say if you make the curry paste you can add to taste and what ever is left over keeps in the fridge for weeks.
