For the sweet one, how about making one using the oranges and gran marnier? cook down the oranges in a splash of the gran marnier until they get a little sticky (but don't break up) pour into the middle of the cooked crepe with some of the flaked almonds. dust with the powdered sugar.

I'd fill my savoury crepe with gruyere, blanched spinach and some finely chopped chives. You could also finish by grilling with a little extra cheese on the top.
For sweet, I'd cook the oranges in a sugar/water syrup then at the last minute add the strawberries, flambee with some grand marnier and fill the crepes. Finish with a scoop of vanilla, sprinkle of icing sugar and a few fresh slices of the fruit.
