Hi Brenda, for this recipe you'll need....
Butter, melted
Honey
Garlic
Lemon Juice
Fresh Chives
Garlic Salt
Pepper
This is how I do Salmon Fillets....
I place the fillets on foil, enough to wrap them in a roomy parcel.
I then drizzle a little honey over them, squeeze lemon juice over them, sprinkle with a little garlic salt, and fresh crushed garlic, I then pour melted butter over them, sprinkle on the fresh chopped chives and a little pepper, wrap them up in the foil and place in the oven for about 30 mins....
I serve this with rice and salad.....
