I have a piece of Stilton cheese -about 250gr. - but it is so strong that I (a Stilton lover) can't eat it. Any ideas for its use? Can't wait to hear your wonderful suggestions.

I can't believe that I put that question in History and Myths. Sorry.
No thats ok, I often walk into the wrong shop.
Get some really thick , I'm talking door steps here, bread slap on some gehrkin relish, eat and Enjoy!
Water it down with some milk, make a sauce, and use it on some Pasta.
Mash it up with some soft pear, stuff it into a chicken breast, wrap in Parma Ham and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes - it is yummy.

Lonnie and Amara - I wish I had a larger piece of Stilton. Both your recipes sound wonderful and I shall certainly try them.

Thankyou,
