Bleeding things keep disintegrating when I try to fry them.

Is there anything that I may be doing wrong?

the mixture is probably a bit dry, try adding a little egg or water
Leave them for a few minutes,to much water,or not enough may be the problem.We are talking about the dry packet stuff?Dirdysanchez...(:-)

I made them fresh. I suspect that my onions (which I may have used too much of) were a bit too watery and therefore made the falafel too loose (it was a bit mushy in hand - I suspect that it needs to be fairly firm?).

Going to have another bash tomorrow. Have heard that rolling them in flour before frying may help also...
