Does anyone know the ideal weight you should be for a 5"2 teenage female? Not always going by BMI though, more like as on a doctor's chart? It's a question of great debate in our household and I'd dearly love to know the answer just to prove a point.
I think doctors chart is based upon the BMI and so are pretty much the same thing. I assume 8stone 6lb is BMI based and so can only be taken as a rough guildeline as it doesnt take into account anything else. Im guessing a rough guideline is all you were looking for?
