What do the the Spanish call the drink that is winemixed with coke?

I lived in Southern Spain for over 18 years and never met this mixture.The previous answer sounds possible though. Red Wine mixed with lemonade is called Vinp de Verano i.e. your original summer wine(no Compo or Foggy though)

mrsann, I think that it is mainly drunk by the young, teenagers etc. A bit like our dear own alco-pops.
