Butter to grease the dish
75g of dry pudding rice
3 tbsp of caster sugar
150g of Evaporated milk
900ml of semi-skimmed milk
30g of sultanas
Zest of 1 orange
Pinch of nutmeg
METHOD
If you don't want the pudding to be too thick, wash the rice with cold water.
Grease the dish inside the Slow Cooker with the butter.
Place all the ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
