You'll need to bone out both the chicken and the duck just leave the small wing bones in the duck ( helps keep shape) Keep the skin of both intact Its very fiddly but makes for an easy to carve joint. Lay boned duck out flat put boned chicken on top, add stuffing of choice roll back into shape Its best then if you can sew up with heavy thread or fine string leaving an length at each end which will pull out when cooked. Also tie with string to return it to something like original shape and roast in the normal way. I used to do this with turkeys or large chickens for catering purposes when my butcher couldn't do it for me. It will seem quite hollow if you don't stuff it well I often put extra breast meat in to fill up . good luck
