what to do with turkey legs ????

hi as per thousands of other people we have two huge turkey legs (cooked) left over from xmas any ideas what to do with them

I boiled them up, with the rest of the bones, made stock, added rice and have some lovely soup now

Remove the meat from the bones. Cut into cubes. Go to local supermarket & buy a good quality jar of curry sauce (Pataks is excellent) to your taste. Mix meat & sauce together. Serve with a nice crisp green salad. enjoy !
