How Can I re-season my lovely cast iron wok. My husband put in the dishwasher and since then the food has been sticking to the surface ?

Cherry - if you can just wash it thoroughly and follow the directions on this website - that should correct the problem. This is a manufacturer about 30 minutes from me here in Tennessee.

dead easy.
drop of veg oil, rub it all over inside of wok with kitchen paper, heat till smoking. add loads of salt to wok and scour it with the kitchen paper being carefull not to burn yourself. leave to cool and wipe out with clean kitchen paper. DONT wash it :)
