120zs sr flour, 6ozs marge.. Rub together ,add cold water bind together. Put in fridge to rest.1 tin mushroom soup and a little cornflour mixed with milk to thicken or 1 tin campbells condensed..Mix your soup with a large cooked chicken breast cut into cubes. Make your pie brush with egg wash. If you prefer puff pastry it is quicker to buy a packet.
Beswad, not so much of a recipe but more of a cheat.
2 tins of Tesco chicken in white sauce mixed with some sliced mushrooms and seasoned to taste, place in pie dish and cover with puff pastry brushed with egg then bung it in the oven, hey presto chicken pie.
Actually this is always a handy one if people arrive unexpectedly so I always keep some of the tinned chicken and puff pastry in the house.
