Crispy Chicken Goujons
Temperature: 200C/400F/gas mark 6
Tip: For a tasty snack serve with a spicy dip.
4-6 tsp French mustard
4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cut into strips
1-2 pkts crisps of the flavour of your choice, finely crushed
2 tsp dried sage
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Lightly spread the mustard over the chicken.
Mix together the crisps and the sage with salt and pepper then coat the chicken in the crisp mixture.
Place on greased baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and golden brown.
